Long lasting, penetrating smooth aroma,
with vegetable and certain fruit tones.

FLAVOUR:
Smooth, there is a good definition of the varieties that remind one of apple, pear and hints of lemon, with a good sweet-acidic balance. Intense on the nose
and reminding one of its varieties.

GASTRONOMY / MATCHING:
Suitable for all kinds of food, although it is highly
recommended for seafood, fish and subtle pasta dishes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Between 8 and 10 degrees.
